1. Ministry Overview

The Men’s Ministry of Salem Baptist Church exists to develop spiritually mature, biblically grounded, and community-focused men who model Christ-centered leadership in their homes, church, and society. The ministry is designed to cultivate discipleship, accountability, service, and fellowship among men of all ages.

This ministry operates under the spiritual authority of Salem Baptist Church and aligns with the church’s doctrinal beliefs and mission.

2. Mission Statement

To equip and empower men to grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ, lead with integrity, and serve faithfully in their families, church, and community.

3. Vision Statement

To build a brotherhood of men who are spiritually strong, relationally connected, and actively engaged in advancing the Kingdom of God.

Spiritual Growth

• Promote consistent Bible study and prayer.
• Encourage personal devotion and spiritual discipline.
• Provide sound biblical teaching tailored to men’s life challenges.

• Train men to lead in their homes and church.
